Job Overview

As a Strategic Design Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and creativity in real estate design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop design concepts and plans that meet regulatory standards and quality guidelines.
  • Ensure all designs are compliant with building codes, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Review and approve design drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure they meet project timelines and quality control.
  • Monitor project progress and address any design-related issues or changes promptly to maintain project momentum.
  • Provide guidance and support to the design team throughout the project lifecycle, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect design implementation and quality control, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, progress reports, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key design decisions and project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field is required.
  • Professional certification in Architecture or Design Management is highly preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with a strong understanding of design principles, regulations, and industry trends.
