As a key member of our Trane Technologies team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth for our airside business. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales for our airside products in assigned areas and create value streams to increase our airside sales to a multi-fold growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of the airside market and equipment specifications.

• Segment customers to create value offerings that drive strategy.

• Drive margin expansion and profitability.

• Work with a current and evolving action plan to identify and meet all customer needs, aligning with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with different teams to create and execute action plans.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive product specifications and value.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the AHU market.

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.

• Strong connections with direct and industrial customers.
