Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Airside Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales for our airside business in assigned areas and creating value streams to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to increase airside sales and expand market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement action plans to meet customer needs and achieve organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve margin expansion and profitability through process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the AHU market.
• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Excellent knowledge of airside equipment specifications and market trends.
