Job Title: New Client Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire process of lead management, sales, and business development for the region.
  • Ensure 100% coverage in the assigned territory and track other key parameters.
  • Plan and execute client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to build a flagship brand for property services in the respective region.
  • Deliver excellent service and ensure client retention.
  • Provide market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to the Marketing team to launch targeted promotional initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A degree in any field with 3-5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales.
  • Experience working in a real estate business.
  • An outgoing personality and confidence, with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Resilience and persistence.
  • Passion for selling and effective communication skills.
