
New Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire process of lead management, sales, and business development for the region.
- Ensure 100% coverage in the assigned territory and track other key parameters.
- Plan and execute client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to build a flagship brand for property services in the respective region.
- Deliver excellent service and ensure client retention.
- Provide market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to the Marketing team to launch targeted promotional initiatives.
Requirements:
- A degree in any field with 3-5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales.
- Experience working in a real estate business.
- An outgoing personality and confidence, with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
- Resilience and persistence.
- Passion for selling and effective communication skills.
