
Sales and Business Development Director

Seeking a seasoned business leader to spearhead new account openings, retention, and management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in prospecting, relationship development, and sales strategy execution.
- Work with management to define sales road maps and engage targets to build awareness, identify opportunities, and develop sales pipelines.
- Be accountable for a revenue target as agreed with management and deliver customized staffing solutions through consultative sales approaches.
- Research, market, and effectively present company services to new clients through calling, in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, generate new business, and perform outbound calls to key decision-makers.
- Leverage consultants' existing business relationships and customer networks to open new business for the company and close deals.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of sales process with minimum need for constant supervision.
- Identifying key customer influencers, decision-makers, executives, and developing relationships within each account.
- Forecasting new business and sales against targets on a periodic basis as agreed with management.
- Preparing business cases, including profit-and-loss statements, for new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal support teams, motivating, and mentoring where needed.
- Acting as an intermediary between internal and external teams while remaining an advocate for the company at all times.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales environment, especially in technology, banking, and financial services areas.
- Proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and account management.
- Strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
- Past history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a global team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ATS knowledge.
