We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in agency sales and account management, with a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
The primary responsibilities of this role include acting as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client business objectives and translating them into effective marketing strategies.
The scope of this role also includes managing end-to-end client servicing, including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews. Furthermore, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
