Job Title: Business Development Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and negotiating deals. You will work closely with our existing client base to upsell and cross-sell our services, as well as develop new accounts.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You should also be highly organized, with a proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Lead generation and business development
- Relationship building and account management
- Negotiation and deal closure
- Upselling and cross-selling
- Monthly/quarterly reporting and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
