We are seeking a proactive business development specialist to drive client acquisition in the US financial services sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, and nurturing leads to offer accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a business strategy to drive client acquisition.
  2. Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  3. Manage a sales pipeline and prioritize lead generation activities to achieve revenue targets.
  4. Nurture existing relationships and build trust with key stakeholders to increase sales.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects and present tailored solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role within the financial services sector.
  • Expertise in client prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management for professional services.
  • Deep understanding of core accounting principles, including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and common tax compliance and auditing standards preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; proactive and results-driven.

Tools Proficiency:

  • Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Zoominfo.com, and HubSpot CRM.
