
Strategic Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead key initiatives in large-scale projects focused on Customer Value Management (CVM) strategy and operations. This role is pivotal in driving customer-centric initiatives, enhancing revenue generation, and optimizing campaign performance for telecommunications, media, and technology organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives to become a trusted advisor for CVM strategy, operations, and performance.
- Design and implement marketing programs/campaigns to boost service penetration and revenue.
- Analyze business performance, identify gaps, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Lead discrete work streams or modules within large projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage small client and internal teams, driving engagement objectives and delivering results.
- Oversee the development of deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Conduct KPI diagnostic analysis, product benchmarking, and data analytics to support decision-making.
- Evaluate CVM campaign performance, offering insights on revenue uplift and segmentation optimization.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on analytical findings.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication of insights, recommendations, and status updates.
- Support business development activities, including responding to requests for proposals and client proposals.
- Foster collaboration between internal teams and client stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and technical expertise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative CVM strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
- Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualifications preferred.
- Consultant: 3+ years of relevant business experience in consulting or strategy roles.
- Senior Consultant: 8+ years of experience with a proven track record in large-scale consulting engagements.
- Expertise in telecom business, CVM, product & pricing strategies, marketing, and sales-distribution.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis techniques.
- Project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Passionate about working on complex, high-impact projects.
- Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Emotionally intelligent with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in dynamic environments.
