Business Operations Manager

This strategic role combines analytical rigor with the speed and flexibility of a startup. You will work closely with our team of experts to drive business growth, optimize workflows, and develop high-quality solutions.

  • Map and streamline end-to-end processes to reduce process time and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and implement OKR cycles, create board-ready dashboards, and provide competitive intelligence to inform product and market decisions.
  • Lead market segmentation efforts, launch targeted campaigns, and track key performance indicators to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Own critical projects such as renegotiating data contracts, piloting new city rollouts, or developing compliance playbooks.
  • Craft fundraising memos, maintain data hygiene, and present monthly KPI reports to investors and advisors.
Qualifications
  • MBA (preferred) plus 3-5 years in strategy consulting, startup operations, or growth roles.
  • Proven track record of launching or optimizing cross-functional projects in high-growth tech environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Excel modeling, SQL, and BI dashboard development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling stories and presentations.
  • Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and humility to adapt to changing priorities.
