Senior Manager Strategic Alliance Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic alliances and partnerships. The ideal candidate will focus on building strong relationships with key stakeholders, expanding our network, and positioning fixed income investment products effectively.
This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply. Key responsibilities include:
- Business Development 60%: Identify opportunities, conduct market research, and develop strategies to acquire new partners. Build a scalable business development funnel using direct and channel-based methods.
- Relationship Management 40%: Nurture existing relationships, resolve queries, and ensure timely communication. Maintain high satisfaction levels among partners and drive consistent engagement and investment volume.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4 to 15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial services or investment product distribution.
- Prior experience in onboarding and managing key stakeholders is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fixed income products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
