Job Overview

As a seasoned Operations Manager, you will lead a team of experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely project completion, manage internal stakeholders, and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the customer experience from project booking to handover, acting as the highest point of escalation for your region.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate issue resolution and empower your team members to solve problems effectively.
  • Manage a high-performing team, hiring and developing talent to strengthen your region's capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to defined process SOPs and standards to provide a standardized customer experience.
  • Oversee Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker resolution of customer escalations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven people management skills with direct team reporting experience.
  • NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strategic alliances/business partnerships with builders, architects, and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach.
