Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive M&A strategy that supports our corporate objectives.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment to ensure successful transactions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, external advisors, and investment banks to manage the entire M&A process.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present clear recommendations and results.
- Oversee the creation of presentations and reports for senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Design and execute a business strategy that drives growth, innovation, and profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, peers, and external partners to identify new business opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures to drive business expansion.
- Lead program management for key corporate initiatives, ensuring completion and achievement of milestones.
- Masters degree in Finance or Chartered Accountant.
- Minimum CFA Level 2 preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in M&A/Strategy roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
