We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE. As a key member of our culinary leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing culinary strategies that drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and customer service. What We Offer

Responsibilities

  1. To lead the Culinary Division and develop culinary strategies that drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
  2. To oversee the selection, training, development, and evaluation of employees and managers in the Culinary Division.
  3. To control labor and operating expenses through effective planning, budgeting, purchasing decisions, policy making, and inventory control.
  4. To work closely with the Hotel Manager and Planning Committee to design creative menus, wine lists, and amenity options.
  5. To communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met and attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • A strong background in culinary arts and a proven track record of leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with a focus on building a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
