Senior Culinary Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Culinary Innovation Specialist to join our team at Nymble. This exciting role offers the opportunity to combine your culinary skills with your passion for technology.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations and developing new recipes using our innovative cooking robots. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and contribute to overall recipe success metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including inventory management and ingredient preparation
- Create, test, edit, and refine recipes using our internal tools
- Work extensively on computer-based tasks, including operations and documentation
- Assist in crafting engaging blog content about recipes and culinary techniques
- Conduct recipe tests and support marketing efforts through food photography
Requirements:
- Diploma or Graduate Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or Hotel Management
- Previous experience working in a kitchen; freshers can also apply
- Passion for food and love exploring new flavors and techniques
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working cross-functionally
- Comfortable handling a dynamic work environment and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Comfortable working on computers and learning new software

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience
