Culinary Operations Manager

Job Summary:
As a key member of our culinary team, the Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food production, purchasing, and sanitation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in all aspects of the kitchen.
