Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and brand identity to provide strategic inputs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Brief internal teams clearly and manage project timelines end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate and follow up on campaigns, ensuring quality and meeting client expectations.
  • Present creative ideas, campaign plans, and reports with confidence and clarity, demonstrating expertise in client servicing.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of agency services, driving business development and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
  • Full-time & On-site work opportunity only.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and meeting client expectations.
  • A problem-solver with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset, working effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Passion for advertising, branding, and creative storytelling, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
