Job Title: Relationship Manager - Digital Marketing

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager who excels in client relationship management and possesses a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients, understanding their marketing objectives, and ensuring effective execution of campaigns across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships based on trust and open communication.
  • Understand client requirements, create briefs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and oversee end-to-end digital campaigns incorporating SEO, social media, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, and website management.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and present detailed reports to clients highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Proactively suggest innovative ideas and strategies to enhance client business growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client servicing/account management with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of 360° digital marketing strategies and their application in real-world scenarios.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently while multitasking and meeting deadlines.
