About the Role

We are in a rapid expansion phase to enter into various other Influencer Marketing related services as an offering and engage a wide spectrum of clients. We are currently searching for a Senior Executive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization's Influencer Marketing vertical, with the primary goal of increasing the organization's Influencer network and relationships.

Main Responsibilities

  • Understand client's Influencer Marketing requirements and help them plan proposals or pitch decks along with execution plans for their respective briefs.
  • Maintain TAT for the briefs received, understanding of relevancy as per the requirement, and create smart detailed proposals and presentations.
  • Research, recruit & onboard with great negotiation tactics and process downloading to Influencers, content creators and celebrities.
  • Brief, negotiate and give process downloading to Influencers, content creators and celebrities.
  • Maintain the database and keep adding new Influencers to the respective assigned category/genre.
  • Build strategic relationships with third party vendors, agencies & partners that includes premium celebrity/artist management agencies, network of content creators, and mainly groups, communities & clusters of micro Influencers.
  • Keep close coordination and relationships with internal team members and external partners.
  • Seamless campaign execution with strong coordination with onboarded Influencers and internal team as per the pre-planned roadmap proposed to the client.
  • Achieve quarterly goals and targets of successful campaign execution.
  • Achieve high margins for all the campaigns.
  • Review, analyse key metrics of the campaigns and create strong insightful reports and reasoning of Influencer Activation.

Skillset:

  • Social Media Savvy.
  • 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing (preferable) or social media.
  • Excellent communication skills and networking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Good knowledge of social media insights & analytics.
  • Ability to work as a team, understand and good organizing of task allocated.
  • Smart negotiation and convincing tactics.
  • Well organized with great time management skills.
  • High interpersonal, coordination and relationship-building skills.
