Senior Social Media Manager Role

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies that drive business growth and engage audiences.

This includes overseeing the social marketing mandate, briefing and working with external partners to align plans and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

  • Developing go-to-market strategies for short-form social marketing activations, including owned and operated social media and allied partners' social media to drive business goals.
  • Working closely with external partners to align plans and ensure deliverables are delivered smoothly.
  • Informing internal teams of key trends and brand crisis situations on social media that can impact the business.

You will also develop strategies and plans around influencer recruitment and optimization, understanding the influencer ecosystem in India.

  • Ensuring agency execution is in line with the marketing brief while maintaining brand and partner guidelines.
  • Building relationships with influencer agencies, talent management agencies, and content creators.

Collaboration with colleagues from marketing and business teams, as well as social teams across APAC and IN, is essential to align, inform, and receive support to deliver social marketing plans.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to represent work well in forums with stakeholders.
  • A great team player mindset.

An experimental and dynamic mindset is required, with a passion for innovation and willingness to run robust experiments to optimize influencer marketing plans and inform future marketing strategies.
