Job Title: Placement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Manager for our Placements team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a strong background from a reputable business school.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate partners for student placements and internships. They will develop and implement effective strategies to secure new partnerships, cultivate strong relationships with existing corporate partners to ensure high-quality placements, negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to secure placement opportunities, collaborate with academic departments to align placement opportunities with student skills and curriculum, organize and facilitate regular meetings and communication with corporate partners, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships to ensure high-quality placements, address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during placements, prepare and present reports on partnership status and outcomes to senior management, and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for student placements and internships.

Requirements
  • Education: MBA or equivalent from a reputable business school, with a specialization in Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the placement process and industry requirements.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful placement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
