We are seeking a results-driven individual to join our team as a Platform Success Executive.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and activity providers across the city, driving business growth through effective communication and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with schools and activity providers to ensure mutual understanding and satisfaction.
- Onboard schools onto our platform by explaining its features and gathering accurate information about their classes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal usage.
- Verify class schedules, fees, and other details over phone and WhatsApp to provide accurate and timely support.
- Reach out to parents who submitted an inquiry to gather feedback and improve their experience, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain basic reports of outreach and feedback to inform future decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong spoken communication in English and Hindi to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Friendly, empathetic, and confident communication over phone and WhatsApp to build trust and rapport.
- Able to follow established processes, use templates, and update basic records to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks to drive results and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with using spreadsheets, email, and web-based tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles to leverage existing skills and knowledge.
- Education: Graduate (any stream), or currently pursuing studies and available part-time, with candidates having an educational background being given preference.
