Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Development Associate. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining alliances with clients and partners, and collaborating with internal teams to craft effective pitches and proposals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, presentation, and networking skills, be proactive, self-driven, and target-focused, and have the ability to think strategically while also executing with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective pitches and proposals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and opportunities
- Manage the entire business development process from lead generation to closure
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Alliances, or Partnerships (preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries)
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and target-focused approach
- Ability to think strategically while also executing with attention to detail
- Experience working in a collaborative environment and taking ownership of results
