Job Title: Relationship Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional with 10 years of experience in managing and growing a portfolio of mid-sized corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong credit assessment skills, be proficient in client acquisition, and have excellent relationship management skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cross-selling financial products and ensuring portfolio quality. They will work closely with our team to drive business growth and development in the Ahmedabad region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential clients to ensure their viability as business partners.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow our existing portfolio.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Cross-Selling Financial Products: Identify opportunities to sell additional financial products to our clients and drive revenue growth.
- Portfolio Quality: Monitor and maintain the quality of our portfolio by ensuring timely payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in Relationship Management or a related field.
- Strong credit assessment skills and knowledge of financial markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
