Job Title: Verification Services Coordinator
Job Overview:
This role is responsible for managing onboarding documentation, coordinating with agencies, and expediting background verification processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Documentation Management: Manage all onboarding documentation for candidates, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Agency Coordination: Coordinate with various BGC agencies to expedite background verification processes.
- VMS / Beeline Tools: Work effectively with VMS / Beeline tools to streamline background verification processes.
- New Client Accounts: Set up new client accounts and complete onboarding activities efficiently.
- Candidate & Agency Follow-up: Follow up with candidates and agencies to ensure timely completion of background verification.
- Client Calls: Attend client calls for audits and background check requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years in HR Operations / Onboarding / Background Verification
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Additional Information:
- This is an on-site role requiring full-time presence in the office.
