• Maintain individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines.
• Communicate professionally with students, universities, and consulates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in student visa processing with European visa expertise.
• Strong knowledge of document verification and MS Office applications.
• Experience in university application filing, including online portals and documentation.
• High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple student files.
