We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our organization in the role of Reservations and Guest Services Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and providing recommendations for local attractions and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in accordance with established company policies.
  • Address guest complaints and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for local dining, activities, and attractions to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
