Human Resources Manager Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Policy Development: Design, implement, and update HR policies and frameworks in line with organizational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Strategic Governance: Drive governance processes, ensuring alignment between HR practices and business objectives.
  • Grievance Redressal: Manage grievance redressal mechanisms, promoting fairness and transparency across the organization.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management systems, including goal-setting, reviews, and appraisals.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence across the organization.
  • Culture Building: Foster a strong culture of employee engagement, motivation, and continuous learning.
  • HR Audits: Lead HR audits, MIS reporting, and ensure timely closure of HR-related processes.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the HR team to deliver efficient and effective HR services.

 

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Ability to design and implement HR policies and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
