Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our People Operations team. As the driving force behind shaping a magnetic workplace culture, you will champion talent and design systems that prioritize creativity, engagement, and retention.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles, preferably in a fast-paced creative or agency setup. They should have hands-on experience with Zoho People or similar HRMS tools and a deep understanding of today's workforce dynamics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Culture Development: Lead initiatives to build a positive work environment, design programs for recognition and wellbeing, and serve as a culture ambassador.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop hiring pipelines, create long-term retention plans, and own the onboarding experience.
  • Performance Management: Manage goal-setting, feedback, and review processes, identify opportunities for growth and development, and foster a culture of high performance.
  • Policy Administration: Ensure HR policies are progressive and fair, streamline people operations, and manage compensation strategy and payroll processes.
  • Analytics and Insights: Track and report on people metrics, use data to solve challenges, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Employer Branding: Own the company's employer brand, showcase the team and culture, and collaborate with internal teams to build a strong reputation.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho People or similar HRMS tools.
  • Deep understanding of today's workforce dynamics.
  • Strong grasp of labor laws and compliance practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking with an eye for culture, retention, and growth.
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll systems and data-driven decision-making.
