Job Title: People Operations Specialist

At our company, we are looking for a seasoned HR professional who can take full ownership of people operations while working in Pacific Time hours.

This role covers everything from talent acquisition to employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and building a workplace culture people actually enjoy being part of. We're seeking a strategic thinker who can manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Handle hiring, onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, HR policies, performance reviews, and training programs.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRMS data accurately and securely.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, PF, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events that improve morale and retention.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
  • Oversee performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience in India across all major HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
  • Experience designing and running engagement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR reporting.
