The Business Strategist will act as a key advisor and implementer of business initiatives that drive organizational growth. They will partner with leadership to understand priorities and develop people strategies that generate value and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement business strategies aligned with company goals to generate value.
- Collaborate with leaders to define and foster an organizational design and culture that supports business growth and employee engagement.
- Use data analysis to identify trends and recommend solutions aimed at improving performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Ensure the organization is prepared to meet evolving business demands through talent development initiatives.
- Build partnerships with leaders to design and execute change management initiatives effectively.
- Enhance employee retention and engagement through targeted initiatives.
- Oversee the performance management lifecycle to foster a culture of high performance.
- Provide new employees with a comprehensive onboarding and induction experience.
- Review and analyze business processes to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance and engagement.
- Initiate forums and mechanisms to enhance the employee experience.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues to ensure a fair and transparent work environment.
- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on HR-related matters.
- Brainstorm and implement innovative people initiatives for employee engagement.
- Capture and provide insights on employee sentiment to stakeholders.
- Influence and partner with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Develop business strategies that align with and support company goals.
- Be proficient in metrics and systems, with a deep understanding of data analytics software and databases.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hold a Master's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
- Have 8-12 years of experience in business strategy, preferably in the Software, E-commerce, or Technology industry.
