Job Title:
Culture and People Transformation Leader
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources professional to lead the transformation of our organisational culture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for championing our company values through strong leadership and inspirational behaviour, driving continuous improvement with a focus on engagement and welfare activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies across the organisation.
- Lead a skilled team of HR professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation.
- Drive business growth through people development, talent management and succession planning.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organisational change initiatives.
- Provide expert advice on employment law, best practice and workforce development.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in a senior HR role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen and experience of using metrics for driving performance.
- Proven track record of delivering organisational change initiatives.
