Corporate Insurance Sales Professional
As a seasoned insurance sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new corporate clients across India. Your expertise in risk assessment, proposal development, and client relationship management will be instrumental in meeting the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new corporate clients, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to drive business growth.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to understand clients' business and insurance needs, providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present customized insurance broking proposals, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Negotiate optimal coverage and premiums on behalf of clients, maximizing value for both parties.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, providing advisory services, and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5–15 years of experience in corporate insurance sales or broking, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated understanding of broking dynamics, underwriting collaborations, and domain expertise across general insurance lines.
- Familiarity with financial/broking software and sales analytics tools, with the ability to adapt to changing technologies.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and lead through influence, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
