Sales Enablement Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage proposals and bid management for the US Wealth business.

This role involves working closely with the pursuit team to deliver high-quality RFP responses, understanding cultural sensitivities, and business needs of operating companies.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing drafts independently, building knowledge of the Wealth business, service offerings, and strategic priorities, reviewing RFPs and client material, and performing final reviews of proposals drafts.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Building knowledge of the Wealth business, service offerings, and strategic priorities
  2. Reviewing RFPs and client material to gain complete understanding of client requirements
  3. Working closely with the pursuit team to resolve open items during proposal development
  4. Performing final reviews of proposals drafts
  5. Assisting with the development of templates, improved systems, and processes for measuring RFP success
  6. Carrying out content management activities, including collecting and updating content for proposal database and extracting best practice content
Requirements
  • Postgraduate/Graduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in pre-sales/bid management environment
  • Experience working as part of bid teams in professional services environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Exceptional customer service focus
  • Advanced business writing ability with outstanding grammar and proofreading/editing skills
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
