Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our design team as a Design Support Specialist. This role will provide critical support to our Senior Designer in various tasks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

  • Assisting Design Discussions: The Design Support Specialist will shadow the Senior Designer during client meetings, guaranteeing timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • 3D Design Assistance: Assist the Senior Designer in creating 3D designs using SpaceCraft and Sketchup, recommending enhancements and providing feedback.
  • Site Visits and File Management: Participate in site visits with the Senior Designer and manage files across our tech systems.
  • Commercial Proposals: Assist in creating commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools, ensuring accurate and transparent quotes.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve great design outcomes, building relationships with sales, drawing QC, project management teams, and planners.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in Architecture or Design is essential.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in Interior Design or Architecture is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and presentation skills are crucial.
  • Furniture Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Modular furniture is required.
  • Software Proficiency: Practical knowledge of SketchUp is necessary.
  • Attitude: A positive attitude is vital for success in this role.
