Job Overview
A highly motivated Bid Manager is required to lead the development of proposal responses to RFPs, tenders, pre-sales vendor compliance questionnaires, and security assessments. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver compliant, compelling proposals.
Impact and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposal responses for complex opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end proposal development process from initial review to final submission.
- Develop all proposal response materials, including outlines, compliance matrices, and desktop publishing.
Qualifications and Skills
- 10+ years' experience in delivering compliant, compelling proposal responses.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals.
- Experience using Responsive (formerly RFPIO) and Asana is preferred.
