As a Bid Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success by leading the end-to-end bid management process. This involves crafting responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) in close coordination with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality submission of bid responses. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting compelling bid responses in collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Solution Architects, SMEs, and Product Managers.">
  • Coordinating and tracking bid activities, including daily status meetings, action item assignment, Meeting Minutes preparation, and deliverable tracking.">
  • Ensuring timely and accurate submission of bid responses by consolidating inputs from legal, finance, and technical teams.">
  • Participating in client interactions to capture requirements, address queries, and support proposal discussions.">
  • Managing supplier registration and onboarding for partners in alignment with client procurement policies.">
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and researching prospective clients.">
