Job Opportunity:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to provide SME-level support for user interface and skill development within the Aera platform.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience working with the Aera Decision Intelligence platform, including Skill Builder, Studio, and UI components.
  • A strong understanding of ReactJS and custom web component development is essential for this role, as well as expertise in layout configuration.
  • Experience in Supply Chain and/or Pharma/MedTech domains is a significant advantage.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills are necessary to troubleshoot issues across both UI and logic layers.

  • This position requires high-quality support for SMEs engaged in UI and skill development within the Aera platform.
  • Candidates should be able to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and tools.
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the Aera platform is crucial, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
  • Working effectively with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues is essential.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the team is also required.
