We are seeking a skilled professional with deep experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and SharePoint Online to lead the governance, automation and development of our Microsoft 365 platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions, setting governance standards and collaborating with both business stakeholders and IT teams.

You'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining a secure, compliant and efficient Power Platform environment across the organization.

">
  • Lead Governance: Develop and implement effective governance strategies for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
">
  • Build Environments: Design and manage Power Platform environments, DLP policies and ALM pipelines.
">
  • Partner with Vendors: Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement a new environment strategy.
">
  • Develop Solutions: Develop and support mission-critical Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and SharePoint solutions.
">
  • Design Reports: Design and build impactful Power BI dashboards and reports, including complex data modeling and troubleshooting.
">
  • Drive Adoption: Drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units.
">
  • Use Automation Tools: Utilize tools like CoE Starter Kit, PnP, PowerShell and Graph API to automate administration.
">

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
">
  • Technical Skills:
">
  • Power BI: Skilled in DAX, Power Query, data modeling and report performance optimization
">
  • Power Apps & Automate: Experienced in workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and development
">
  • Power Platform Governance: Strong knowledge of ALM, environment setup, DLP, security roles and licensing
">
  • Additional Experience:
">
  • Dataverse, CoE Starter Kit, Graph API
">
  • PowerShell scripting and automation
">
  • SharePoint administration & permissions
">
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
">

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with ShareGate, Jira, Nintex, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
