Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Power Platform Developer to lead the migration of legacy InfoPath forms to Power Apps within Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. They will architect complex Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services, build and optimize workflow automation using Power Automate, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end migration of InfoPath forms into Power Apps.
  • Design and develop complex Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Build and optimize workflow automation using Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practices for the Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations.
  • Document technical solutions, migration strategies, workflows, and governance policies.
  • Optimize Power BI dashboards to support reporting and analytics needs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proven track record of migrating InfoPath forms to Power Apps.
  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience developing custom connectors and working with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in SharePoint Online/On-Premise development and customization.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with SPFx, React/TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power BI dashboards for analytics and visualization.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, AI Builder).
  • Exposure to JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar workflow/project tools.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
