Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain integrations between enterprise systems. This role will focus on building robust, secure, and scalable connections using industry-leading tools and best practices to support our digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Develop integration patterns and architectures to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Build, configure, and maintain integrations between enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other technologies.
  • Develop workflows, data transformations, and automation logic to support integration needs.
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with architects to design integration patterns and ensure compliance with security and performance requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
  • Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations.
  • Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for reliable data exchange.
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with development teams, system administrators, and process owners to ensure successful integration projects.
  • Ensure integration solutions follow industry standards and governance frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms, including ServiceNow.
  • Strong expertise with REST & SOAP web services, JavaScript (Server-side & Client-side), MID Server configuration and orchestration, and authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, Mutual TLS, SAML, JWT).
  • Solid understanding of CMDB data models and how integrations affect them.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
