  • Leading the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the development team
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed
  • Mentoring and coaching other developers to strengthen their skills
  • Fostering T-Shaping and capability growth within the Low-Code Team
  • Ensuring secure and compliant solutions by adopting a Zero Trust mindset
  • Collaborating closely with the Product Architect on solution designs

Pune Lead Role:

  • All of the above, plus:
  • Managing project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements
  • Improving developer velocity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks
  • Enhancing DevOps processes, including automated code quality checks and CI/CD processes
  • Supporting and guiding a team of internal and external developers
Core Platform Governance:

  • Developing governance strategies and processes to align with organizational goals
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to implement governance initiatives
  • Defining and maintaining the Governance Plan, reflecting current best practices and Power Platform Strategy
  • Identifying and improving governance processes to maintain security and compliance
  • Automating governance processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
