Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions, focusing on CRM and Power Platform implementation for domestic clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consulting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver CRM solutions using Microsoft D365 and Power Apps
  • Implement COPILOT based scenarios and POCs
  • Collaborate closely with Microsoft and clients to co-create solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Pursue opportunities in the Indian market independently
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power Platform
  • Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial services
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions
  • Ability to work independently and manage client engagements
  • Understanding of the Indian business landscape
