Job Title: Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant

This role involves working as a functional consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience and practical knowledge of core CRM modules.

The responsibilities include customer-facing activities, analysis, consulting, documentation, implementation, development, and support of business solutions. The successful candidate should have experience in Technical Support, Customer Service module, and Omnichannel implementation.

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, installing, and troubleshooting servers, identifying problems by reading platform trace logs, and providing solutions. Additionally, you will need to provide support and training to users, communicate technical issues effectively, and resolve problems.

You will also work on Agile or Waterfall approaches depending on business requirements and have basic knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 Common Data Model.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional consultant
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Support
  • Candidate must have prior experience with the Customer Service module
  • Prior experience with Omnichannel implementation is required
  • Strong analytical, research, and troubleshooting skills are essential
  • MS CRM configuration knowledge is necessary
  • Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM is also required
  • Certification in MS Dynamics is a plus
  • Knowledge of DevOps is beneficial
  • Experience with SSRS reporting services is desired
