About Senior Frontend Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. As a senior frontend engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of our unified platform.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the UI development process for our agentic platform, working closely with backend and UX teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Translate wireframes and designs into polished, production-ready interfaces using React and its ecosystem.
  • Establish and enforce UI best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to maintain consistency across the platform.
  • Design and build high-quality React components using Zustand and TailwindCSS, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide the overall front-end craft to promote growth and excellence within the team.
  • Explore and implement micro front-end architectures, including POCs for embedding low-code apps (e.g., Bubble) into React.
  • Integrate APIs and WebSockets to enable real-time agent interactions and gamified UI elements, enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions with a focus on scalability and performance, ensuring our platform remains agile and responsive to user needs.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on front-end/UI development experience.
  • Strong expertise in React and its ecosystem, with a deep understanding of state management (Zustand) and TailwindCSS.
  • Familiarity with real-time communication (WebSockets) and micro front-end architecture.
  • Strong grasp of design patterns, code reviews, and scalable UI practices, with an agile mindset that thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
