Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Presentation of sales reports and forecasts to the management team

Requirements and Skills:

  • Degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
