About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand our franchise network by identifying, pitching, and onboarding franchise partners.
This role requires exceptional sales acumen and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify and approach potential franchise partners
- Present our franchise model effectively, highlighting benefits, responsibilities, and financial structures.
- Negotiate terms and close franchise agreements to onboard new partners.
- Develop customized pitches tailored to each partner to secure franchise deals.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for new franchise partners during the onboarding phase, ensuring all their queries are addressed.
- Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and industry trends.
- Build a pipeline of prospective franchise partners and maintain accurate tracking of all deals.
