Electrical Operations Manager

This role is responsible for the operational maintenance of electromechanical services during shift duty.

The successful candidate will be tasked with managing a team of technicians to ensure that all technical services are maintained operational at all times.

  • Manage and maintain electromechanical utilities services at the site.
  • Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify risk and defect areas.
  • Review work of subordinate staff and provide guidance when necessary.
  • Document and track assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC.
  • Lead hiring, training, and development of shift engineers/supervisors and maintenance staff.
  • Formulate budgeting controls and monitor SLAs & KPIs for effective service delivery.
  • Cooperate with other departments to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Participate in events, general maintenance, and guest handling.
  • Ensure timely renewal of agreements and submission of invoices.
  • Oversee vendor quotations and invoices.
  • Enforce attendance signoffs and cost sheet submissions.

Key Deliverables:

  • Ensure 100% uptime of technical services.
  • Implement efficient maintenance schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate risk areas.
  • Develop and mentor staff members.
  • Monitor and improve service levels.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate/Hotel or Construction Industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of working procedures.
