The key responsibilities include supervising a team of technicians, monitoring vendor performance, managing spare parts inventory, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

A strong focus lies in preventive maintenance planning and execution, along with supervising equipment maintenance. Additionally, this role entails coordinating fuel and electricity management, as well as maintaining accurate records for diesel consumption and tire efficiency.

">Requirements">

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or certifications in Maintenance Management/Facilities Management are highly desirable.

You must also have strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and rail siding equipment maintenance, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and excellent communication skills. Leadership experience and the ability to plan and manage preventive maintenance activities are essential.
