Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR leader to strengthen our team and drive strategic HR initiatives independently. As a key member of our fast-growing organization, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.

This is a hands-on role where you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with business goals, oversee employee relations, lead performance management systems, and plan and execute employee engagement programs.

You will work closely with management to identify talent needs and drive retention strategies, support learning and development initiatives, and maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a healthy work environment.
  • Lead performance management systems: appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR audits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
  • Work closely with management to identify talent needs and drive retention strategies.
  • Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
Requirements
  • 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in events, media, or marketing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and people management skills.
